The ITS1000 is a highly integrated infrared road surface sensor based on passive infrared technology. The ±0.3°C measurement accuracy comes from full temperature-compensation in ZOGLAB’s independent algorithm, while the wide −40°C ~ 70°C measurement range covers a variety of application scenarios. A built-in delta-sigma ADC and DSP can quickly obtain effective resolution measurement data up to 0.02°C.

ITS1000 is used for road surface temperature observation, plant leaf surface and canopy layer, ice surface and liquid-surface non-contact temperature observation. It is an indispensable non-contact temperature sensor in traffic meteorology, agricultural meteorology and ecological observation, and its compact all-aluminium body — with anti-freeze and heat-proof functions — pairs naturally with the OWS road station for an early-icing alert pipeline.
